About Us

Mission

Who are we? A charity that fundraises for vulnerable communities through some massive and life-changing events.

Who’s behind these events? Oz Bayldon, a philanthropist who’s main priority is helping other people through music and thrill-seeking events.

What do we want to do? HELP PEOPLE. We want to help those who suffer from homelessness, domestic violence and educational issues and we want to do this in the most epic ways possible. You want to gig at the top of a mountain or travel the world? We do that….Seriously. And we do it all to raise money for people who need protecting and educating.

Let’s empower. Let’s educate. Let’s protect. Let’s get everyone up and about and raise money for those that really need it.

Vision

E4GG hopes to create projects that protect, educate and empower those less fortunate and offer education and care that will make lives dwelling in darkest to feel the light and a path to more prosperous future.

Oz Bayldon

Founder

I have organised and broken a number of musical world records which have fundraised to build a shelter and help fund a school in Nepal, a conservation centre in Peru, a free creative school in London and a disabled sports program in Noosa, Aust. I have built, renovated and launched some of London's biggest music venues and I'm oe of the highest award winning operators in Lonodn over the last 20 years including venue of the year- UK wide. I organise musical fundraising treks, an ethical program for school leavers and more extreme gigs and community festivals.

Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast of the Semantics, a large language ocean. A small river named Duden flows by their place and supplies it with the necessary regelialia. It is a paradisematic country, in which roasted parts of sentences fly into your mouth.
